Roasted Drum with Buffalo Mac & Ranch

Tyson® Roasted Drumstick - 10

Whole Grain Elbow Macaroni, uncooked - 2 ½ C.

Low sodium cheese sauce - 1 lb. 14 oz.

Buffalo Sauce - ½ C

Ranch dressing - 2 C.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place frozen drumsticks on a sprayed or parchment lined sheet pan. Bake uncovered for 19-23 minutes, to an internal temperature of 140 -145°F
  2. Boil water and cook pasta. Heat cheese according to manufacturer instructions and blend with cooked pasta and buffalo sauce. You may cover and store for grab and go servings or package in hot form. 
  3. Use a 2 oz. scoop to serve mac and cheese in serving cup or grab and go container.
  4. Add 1 drumstick to serving box and serve hot or cool with a side of ranch dressing.
  5. Pair with a refreshing garden side salad to complete the meal.
