The Original Philly Cheesesteak

Tender sliced steak paired with sautéed onions and bell peppers and topped with a white cheese sauce stuffed in a warm and toasted hoagie roll




1 ea. Hoagie roll, 6-inch 
5 oz. Sliced steak 
1.5 oz. White onions 
1 oz. Green Bell Peppers 
2 oz. White Cheese Sauce 
  1. On a flattop grill cook sliced steak, sauté onions and mushrooms and mix all together

  2. Toast the hoagie roll and place the roll over the top of the meat and sautéed vegetables and plate with a heavy drizzle of white cheese sauce over the top
