Crunchy Kale Chicken Salad Recipe

Take fresh kale and top it with a crispy Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet. Add chopped granny smith apples, cranberries, toasted pecans topped with goat cheese and finish with a drizzle of honey mustard dressing. It’s packed with goodness!

Ingredients

SERVING SIZE: 1 Bowl

1 filetTyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filets
4 oz.Kale, baby
1 oz.Granny Smith Apples, small dice
1 to 2 oz.Dried Cranberries
½ oz.Pecans, toasted
2 oz.Edamame, shelled and steamed
2-1/3” wheelsHerbed Goat Cheese Wheels
½ eggEgg, medium boiled, soft center
3 oz.Honey Dijon Dressing, prepared
3 pc. (garnish)Granny Smith Apples, thinly sliced 1/16”

Directions

Step 1: Place baby kale in a shallow bowl. Top with granny smith apples, pecans, dried cranberries and steamed edamame.

Step 2: Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over the salad.

Step 3: Cook Filet according to case directions and right before serving, slice the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet, slice into 4 pieces.

Step 4: Garnish with half egg, herbed goat cheese, and thinly sliced granny smith apples that have been fanned out.
