A deliciously crispy and tender Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet is topped with fresh tomato slices, red leaf lettuce, creamy avocado spread and light Dijonaise, all layered on a soft ciabatta slipper.
SERVING SIZE: 1 Sandwich
1 ea. | Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet |
1 ea. | Ciabatta Bun/Slipper, sliced and toasted |
3 slices | Roma Tomatoes, sliced, 1/8-1/4” |
2 pcs. | Red Leaf Lettuce, torn |
1 ½ oz. | Avocado Spread or Guacamole |
1 oz. | Dijonaise Spread |
½ oz. | Arugula Leaves, baby |
Step 1: Toast ciabatta bun and place the heel down. Spread the Dijonaise on the crown.
Step 2: Place the ciabatta heel on a clean cutting board and evenly spread the avocado spread (or guacamole) on the heel.
Step 3: Add the red leaf lettuce and tomatoes on top of the avocado spread.
Step 4: Cook the Filet according to the case instructions and once cooked, top with Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet.
Step 5: Top the filet with the baby arugula leaves right before serving.
Step 6: Add the toasted ciabatta crown with Dijonaise to the top or off to the side
