Crispy Chicken & Avocado Sandwich Recipe

A deliciously crispy and tender Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet is topped with fresh tomato slices, red leaf lettuce, creamy avocado spread and light Dijonaise, all layered on a soft ciabatta slipper.

Ingredients

SERVING SIZE: 1 Sandwich

1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet
1 ea.Ciabatta Bun/Slipper, sliced and toasted
3 slicesRoma Tomatoes, sliced, 1/8-1/4”
2 pcs.Red Leaf Lettuce, torn
1 ½ oz.Avocado Spread or Guacamole
1 oz.Dijonaise Spread
½ oz.Arugula Leaves, baby

 

Directions

Step 1: Toast ciabatta bun and place the heel down. Spread the Dijonaise on the crown.

Step 2: Place the ciabatta heel on a clean cutting board and evenly spread the avocado spread (or guacamole) on the heel.

Step 3:  Add the red leaf lettuce and tomatoes on top of the avocado spread.

Step 4: Cook the Filet according to the case instructions and once cooked, top with Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Air Fried Chicken Breast Filet.

Step 5: Top the filet with the baby arugula leaves right before serving.

Step 6: Add the toasted ciabatta crown with Dijonaise to the top or off to the side
