Southwest-Style Snack Wraps with Plant Based Tenders

This is easy, fun, wholesome and loaded with delicious plant based tenders. Tyson® Plant Based Tenders are lightly deep fried, cut in half, placed in a tortilla and drizzled with ranch dressing or BBQ sauce, then layered with lettuce, tomato, onion and topped with cheddar cheese.

8 ea.Tyson® Plant Based Tenders
16 ea.Multi-Grain Tortillas, Warmed
32 oz.Ranch Dressing or BBQ Sauce
16Lettuce Leaves
1 ea.Tomato, Sliced
1 ea.Red Onion, Sliced
16 slicesCheddar Cheese, Thinly Sliced

Step 1 - Deep fry Tyson® Plant Based Tenders by preheating oil to 350°F. From frozen, place tenders in a fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Cook the product for 2.5 minutes until product reaches at least 140°F internal temperature. Remove from oil and set aside.

Step 2 - Cut each tender in half lengthwise. Lay one tender on each tortilla.

Step 3 - Drizzle each snack wrap with ranch dressing or BBQ sauce. Layer the lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese over the top.

Step 4 - Roll up the tortillas around the fillings. Serve immediately with a cup of ranch dressing or BBQ sauce.
