Preparation
Convection:
PPREPARATION: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Convection Oven Preheat oven to 400°F using high fan settings. Place frozen wings on a sheet pan and cook for 18 - 24 minutes. Fully cooked internal temperature should reach 185°F.
Deep Fry:
PPREPARATION: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Deep Fry PREFERRED METHOD: Preheat oil to 350°F. Add frozen wings to fryer basket and cook for 11 - 13 minutes (shaking baskets frequently for the first 5 minutes). Fully cooked internal temperature should reach 185°F.
