Preparation
Deep Fry:
COOK FROM FROZEN - Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. UNCOOKED: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Deep Fry 21 - 24 minutes at 350°F. (Place thighs and breast in fryer for 3 - 4 minutes. Add drums and wings. Fry 18 - 20 minutes more.)
Pressure Fry:
COOK FROM FROZEN - Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. UNCOOKED: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Pressure Fryer 19 - 22 minutes at 325°F. (Place thighs and breast in open pressure fryer for 3 - 4 minutes. Add drums and wings. Fry for 16 - 18 minutes more.)
