Roller Grill From thawed state, heat links over medium heat for up to 10 minutes and then reduce temperature to low. Cook to internal temperature of 165°F. Maintain 140°F internal temperature.

Steam Place 5 LBS. Smoked Sausage in half steam pan. Place in steamer and steam for 3 minutes. Cover and hold in warmer up to 1 hour. Cook to internal temperature of 165°F. Internal temperature of 165°F must be maintained.
