Place thawed cocktail franks in half steam table pan and heat in 350°F oven for approximately 25 minutes. Heat to internal temperature of 165°F. Internal temperature of 165°F must be maintained.


Fry:

Skillet
Place 1 lb. of thawed cocktail franks in a skillet with 1/4 cup of water. Heat over medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Heat to internal temperature of 165°F. Internal temperature of 165°F must be maintained.
