BAKE:

From Thawed State
Conventional Oven
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove product from bag and place in a hotel pan. Evenly disperse meat in pan and add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of pan. Cover the hotel pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven. Stir product every 10 minutes for even heating. Heat for 35-45 minutes.

Microwave:

From Thawed State
Microwave Oven
1100W: Place bag in microwave oven and heat at high power for 8 minutes. Remove product from bag.

Steam:

From Thawed State
Steamer
Steamer: Temperature 212°F, 100% steam. Remove product from bag and place in a hotel pan. Cover the hotel pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and poke holes for steam release. Steam for 8 minutes.

Thaw:

From Thawed State
Water Bath
Do not open the bag. Submerge the bag in water bath for 1 hour 20 min. at 150°F or for 1 hour at 180°F.
