Place smoked sausage in half steam pan. Place in steamer and steam for 3 minutes. Cook to
internal temperature of 165ºF. Maintain 140º internal temperature.
From thawed state, heat links over medium heat for up to 10 minutes and then reduce
temperature to low. Cook to internal temperature of 165ºF. Maintain 140º internal temperature.
