Thaw frozen hotdogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40 degrees F.
Boil: Heat water to boil. Add hot dogs and simmer until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Roller Grill: Preheat roller grill on medium for 15-20 minutes. Cook hot dogs until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Steam: Prepare steam table pan. Place single layer of hot dogs in pan and close door. Steam until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Microwave: Place hot dog in bun and wrap in paper towel. Microwave for 30-60 seconds. Allow hot dog to sit 1 minute before serving.
