Thaw: Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hours to internal temp of 35-40 °F.
Boil: Heat water to rolling boil. Add hot dogs to the water and simmer until internal temp of 140 °F.
Grill: Preheat grill on medium 15-20 mins. Cook hot dogs until internal temp of 140°F.
Steam: Place a single layer of hot dogs in a steam table pan. Place pan in a steamer, close door, set timer and steam until done. Cook hot dogs until internal temp of 140°F.
Microwave: Place hot dog in a bun and wrap in paper towel. Microwave for 30-60 seconds. Allow hot dog to sit for 1 min prior to serving.
