Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 180°F as measured by a thermometer.
Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 350°F. Fry five (5) lbs. of wing sections 14-16 minutes or until 180°F internal temperature is reached. Add 1 packet of seasoning to cooked wing sections and mix until
coated.

COATED WITH: Seasoning [corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, yellow corn flour, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate)], soybean oil. SALT AND VINEGAR SEASONING PACKET: Salt, palm oil, sugar, sodium diacetate, maltodextrin, citric acid, yeast extract, modified food starch, dried vinegar, natural flavor, and less than 2% of silicon dioxide and soybean oil as processing aids.
