Grill:

HANDLING
FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually seperate each tortilla.
REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature.
ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually seperate each tortilla.
STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
Grill
Heat grill to 400 F. Heat tortillas on each side for 5 seconds.


Microwave:

HANDLING
FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually seperate each tortilla.
REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature.
ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually seperate each tortilla.
STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
Microwave
Stack no more than 6 tortillas and heat 45 - 60 seconds at high (Microwaves vary for power setting and time).

Steam Cabinet
Return tortillas to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160 F. Do not keep more than 3 hours.
