GRILL: Heat 14-16 minutes until sausage reaches 165°F internal temperature. Reduce temperature to medium heat; hold at 140°F up to 4 hours. ROLLER GRILL: Preheat roller grill on high setting for 15 minutes. Turn roller grill down to low/hold setting.
