Preparation

Convection:

Convection Oven 1. Place tempered sausages on wire racks lined with foil. 2. Preheat oven to 375°F with 75% steam. 3. Cook for 7 minutes (7-9 minutes).

Grill:

Roller Grill 1. Pre-heat roller grill. Set Roller Grill to heat and set sausages on roller. 2. Heat for 20 minutes (20-22 minutes). 3. Then set Roller Grill temperature to warm.

Microwave:

Microwave 1. Wrap tempered hotdog in damp paper towel and place directly onto 1000-Watt microwave. 2. Cook on HIGH for 70 seconds (70-80 seconds).

Steam:

Steamer 1. Preheat for 25 minutes. 2, Place tempered on a wire rack in the retherm drawer. 3. Cook sausages for 45 minutes (45-47 minutes).
