Ready to Eat:
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
1. Slit overwrap; using spatula remove only needed frozen Bundt cakes from tray and place onto individual serving plates.
COVER AND RETURN UNUSED PORTIONS TO THE FREEZER.
2. Place in an enclosed cart or on a covered sheet pan.
3. Thaw in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until thawed.
4. To enhance the cake flavor and texture hold covered portions an additional 30 minutes at room temperature.
Note: Cake may be microwaved to bring to room temperature quickly or to a molten state:
Microwave on HIGH from REFRIGERATED
The following directions were developed using a 1000 watt commercial microwave oven set on HIGH. Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary.
To bring to room temperature cake: 12-15 seconds or until center is slightly softened.
For molten cake: 15-20 seconds or until center is slightly melted.
Let stand 1 minute, before serving.
