Thaw:
Bring chips to room temperature before frying. Fill fry baskets half full. Fry the product until desired crispness or until the product stops bubbling, 30-45 seconds at 350° - 365° F. Gently agitate while frying. Remove baskets from fryer and shake off excess oil. Drain and empty contents into a bowl or onto a tray. Sprinkle on salt or desired seasoning blend over chips before oil dries completely.
