Before frying, bring chips to room temperature. Fill fry baskets half full. Fry chips for 80 seconds at 360°F, gently agitate while frying. Remove baskets from fryer and shake off excess oil. Drain and empty contents into a bowl or onto a tray. Sprinkle on salt or desired seasoning blend over chips before oil dries completely.
