Cover franks with water and bring to boil. Boil 4-6 minutes or until the franks have reached an internal temperature of 165°F. Hold at 165°F for 1 minute prior to serving. Hold at at least 135°F for up to 4 hours.
Preheat roller grill on medium high for 15 minutes. Grill franks until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Turn roller grill setting to Low or Hold to prevent blistering or scorching.
