Italian Wedding Soup

1 gallon

Chicken Stock or Roasted Chicken Stock

2 quarts cooked

Pearl Pasta

4 oz.

Spinach Leaves, baby

optional

Parmesan Cheese, grated

Show ingredients

Directions

Step 1: Cook pasta and reserve.

Step 2: Heat chicken stock to warm 155°F, add cooked pasta, fresh spinach leaves and Italian Sausage Crumbles.

Step 3: Cook on low for 15 minutes to allow temperature to rebound.

Step 4: Serve with an option garnish of grated Parmesan Cheese.
