Whole Grain Sweet Hawaiian Roll

Mayonnaise, heavy

10 oz.

Giardiniera vegetables, prepared

Beef Broth, for heating Philly Meat

Show ingredients

Directions

  1. Proof and Bake Hawaiian rolls according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Bring Beef Broth to a boil. Heat Philly meat in broth/au jus. Hold hot for hot service.
  3. Giardiniera Aioli
    • Drain liquid from giardiniera vegetables and pulse with mayonnaise in a robot coupe. Leave chunky. Hold cold for service

To build sliders:

  1. Using tongs. Place 2.5 oz beef on top of bottom bun.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp. giardiniera aioli over sliced beef.
  3. Finish with top bun and serve hot.
