Sourdough, sliced thick 1+" and toasted or grilled

2 oz.

White onions, sliced and caramelized

4 ea.

Swiss Cheese, slices

1.5 oz.

Gruyere cheese, grated

2-3 oz.

Caramelized onion demi glaze

Optional

Fried onion straws

Directions

Directions:

  1. On a flat top grill, cook sliced steak until done. Add sauté onions and mix all together.
  2. Place cheese over the steak & onions. Allow to cook for 1 min.
  3. Toast the sourdough bread and place over the top of the meat and cheese and allow to cook until the cheese is fully melted.
  4. Remove from grill and drizzle the warm onion demi glaze over the top and serve.
