Sourdough, sliced thick 1+" and toasted or grilled
2 oz.
White onions, sliced and caramelized
4 ea.
Swiss Cheese, slices
1.5 oz.
Gruyere cheese, grated
2-3 oz.
Caramelized onion demi glaze
Optional
Fried onion straws
Directions
Directions:
- On a flat top grill, cook sliced steak until done. Add sauté onions and mix all together.
- Place cheese over the steak & onions. Allow to cook for 1 min.
- Toast the sourdough bread and place over the top of the meat and cheese and allow to cook until the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from grill and drizzle the warm onion demi glaze over the top and serve.
