1 oz, White Cheese Sauce
1 oz, Tomatoes, small diced
1 oz, White onions, small diced
1 oz, Bacon pieces, cooked
- Deep fry wings for 3-4 minutes at 350°F, with internal temperature reaching 165°F for 15 seconds. You can also cook the wings in a convection oven for 9-10 minutes at 350°F or in an impinger oven for 7-8 minutes at 450°F.
- Dice tomatoes and onions for build.
- Arrange wings on plate. Top with white cheese sauce and garnish with bacon pieces, tomatoes and onions.
