Wright Brand Peppered Bacon, cooked, chopped

Wright Brand hardwood smoked bacon, par-cooked until bendable
½ C
Alfredo sauce, prepared
1 ea
Egg, beaten

Cheddar cheese, fine shredded

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a mixing bowl combine Wright Brand Peppered Bacon, potatoes, egg, cheese, and sauce, mix well.
- In a standard muffin tin, line four muffin cups with two pieces of par-cooked bacon, forming a bacon crust.
- Fill each bacon lined muffin cup with ¼ of the potato mixture, about 1 cup.
- Bake for 20-25 min or until the top has slightly browned and an internal temp of 145 F
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, remove and serve.
