The Cheesiest of Steaks Pizza

A cheesesteak pizza featuring Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Beef Steak, diced roasted peppers and onions and a spicy queso sauce. To make it the cheesiest, it’s also smothered with a cheddar-mozzarella blend.

Ingredients

SERVES: 6-8 SLICES

1 ea.Round Hand Tossed Double Dough, 12-inch
5 oz.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Beef Steak
1 oz.Roasted Red Peppers, diced
1 oz.Roasted Onions, diced
3 oz.Spicy Queso Sauce, commercially prepared 
2 oz.Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 
2 oz.Cheddar Cheese, shredded 
Directions

Step 1

Cover the pizza dough tightly and slack in a cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.

Step 2

To assemble each pizza, first spread 3 ounces of spicy queso sauce evenly over crust.

Step 3

Top the sauced crust with 4 ounces of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, 5 ounces of Original Philly® Sliced Beef Steak and 2 ounces of roasted red peppers and onions.

Step 4

Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 minutes and serve.
