Black Oak Sausage Mac and Cheese

Bias-cut Black Oak™ Smoked Sausage in white cheddar cheese sauce with noodles, chive-buttered cracker crumbs and bacon.

Ingredients

Step 1

As neededButter
1/4 tspsChives
1 tbspsCracker crumbs

 

Step 2

1 cupNoodles
3/4 cupWhite cheddar cheese sauce

 

Step 3

3 oz BLACK OAK®Endless Rope Black Oak™ Smoked Sausage, Fully Cooked, No MSG and Gluten Free 
2 tsps Bacon 
Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, cracker crumbs and chives. Toss lightly, spread evenly onto a sheet pan and toast in a preheated 325° convection oven. Cook 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles and hot White Cheddar Cheese Sauce. Mix thoroughly.

 

Step 3

Add roasted Endless Black Oak™ Sausage and chopped Bacon then gently mix. Pour immediately into bowl or other service ware and garnish with chive buttered cracker crumbs.
