White cheddar cheese sauce

Directions
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, cracker crumbs and chives. Toss lightly, spread evenly onto a sheet pan and toast in a preheated 325° convection oven. Cook 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles and hot White Cheddar Cheese Sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add roasted Endless Black Oak™ Sausage and chopped Bacon then gently mix. Pour immediately into bowl or other service ware and garnish with chive buttered cracker crumbs.
