Flaky pastry crust with chèvre (goat cheese) topped with sliced smoked turkey sausage with caramelized onions, sautéed pears and fresh parsley and thyme. Chefs Tips: Apples can replace the pears in the recipe.

HILLSHIRE FARM®Reduced Fat, Reduced Sodium, Endless Turkey Smoked Sausage, Fully Cooked
Par-bake the crust. Reserve.
Cook and spread out the minced caramelized onions on bottom of tart.
Distribute the sliced turkey sausage evenly atop the onions, then place the pears atop the sausage. Crumble the cheese over the top of the pears.
Sprinkle the herbs over the top and lightly season with cracked black pepper.
