Bleached enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, blend of vegetable oil shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil), contains 2% or less of: baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), potato starch with monoglycerides, dextrose, salt, mono and diglycerides, sugar, fumaric acid, calcium propionate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative).

Grill

FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Heat grill to 400°F. Heat tortillas on each side for 5 seconds.

Microwave

FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Stack no more than 6 tortillas and heat 45-60 seconds at high (Microwaves vary for power setting and time).

Steam

FROZEN: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla. REFRIGERATED: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Return tortillas to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160°F. Do not keep more than 3 hours.
