Yorkshire Beef and Cheese Panini Melt

Thin-sliced roast beef and two slices of melted Cheddar cheese on a panini grill-pressed French roll with creamy horseradish sauce.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Tyson® Deli Slices™ Favorites Roast Beef, 20% Added Solution, Lean, 0.75 oz. (#17341-2279)

48 slices 

Cover the roast beef completely and hold in the cooler between 32° and 36°F prior to use.

To Assemble
French rolls soft panini-style 7 inch split for sandwiches 12 each 
Olive oil cooking spray commercially prepared as needed 
Cheddar cheese slices one-half oz 24 each 
Creamy horseradish sauce commercially prepared 5 oz 
To Assemble a Single Serving
1. Spray the outer surfaces of the French roll lightly with the cooking oil.  Place the French roll, cut sides up, on a flat work surface.
2. Layer 1 slice of the Cheddar cheese, 4 slices (3 ounces) of the roast beef, and 1 slice of the cheese on the bottom side of the French roll. Spread 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) of the creamy horseradish sauce on the top side fo the French roll and close the sandwich.
3. Grill press the panini sandwich on a preheated panini grill set on medium-high heat for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
