To Assemble a Single Serving
1. Spray the outer surfaces of the French roll lightly with the cooking oil. Place the French roll, cut sides up, on a flat work surface. 2. Layer 1 slice of the Cheddar cheese, 4 slices (3 ounces) of the roast beef, and 1 slice of the cheese on the bottom side of the French roll. Spread 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) of the creamy horseradish sauce on the top side fo the French roll and close the sandwich. 3. Grill press the panini sandwich on a preheated panini grill set on medium-high heat for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown. |
