To Assemble a Single Serving
1. Place 2 slices of the multigrain bread on a flat work surface. Brush 1/2 tablespoon (1/4 ounce) of the melted butter on 1 slice of the bread; top with 2 slices (1 1/2 ounces) of the Virginia brand ham, 3 ounces of the scrambled eggs and 1 slice of the Cheddar cheese; close the sandwich. 2. Spray the outer surfaces of the sandwich bread lightly with the cooking spray. Grill press the panini sandwich on a preheated panini grill set on medium-high heat for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown. |
