Virginia Brand Ham and Eggs Breakfast Panini

Thin-sliced Virginia brand ham, fluffy scrambled eggs and melted Cheddar cheese on buttery-crisp panini grill-pressed multigrain bread.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Tyson® Deli Slices™ Premium Virginia Brand Ham, WA, Extra Lean, 0.75 oz. (#17314-279)

24 slices 

Cover the Virginia brand ham completely and hold in the cooler between 32° and 36°F prior to use.

To Assemble
Multigrain bread slices 24 each 
Butter melted 6 tbsps 
Scrambled eggs warm 36 oz 
Cheddar cheese slices one-half oz 12 each 
Olive oil cooking spray commercially prepared as needed 
To Assemble a Single Serving
1. Place 2 slices of the multigrain bread on a flat work surface.  Brush 1/2 tablespoon (1/4 ounce) of the melted butter on 1 slice of the bread; top with 2 slices (1 1/2 ounces) of the Virginia brand ham, 3 ounces of the scrambled eggs and 1 slice of the Cheddar cheese; close the sandwich.
2. Spray the outer surfaces of the sandwich bread lightly with the cooking spray.  Grill press the panini sandwich on a preheated panini grill set on medium-high heat for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Serving size: 8 1/2 ounces
