To Assemble a Single Serving
1. Place 2 slices of the marble rye bread on a flat work surface; spread 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) of the light mayonnaise on 1 slice of the marble rye bread. 2. Top with 4 slices (3 ounces) of the oven-roasted turkey breast, 1 slice of the Swiss cheese, and 3 ounces (1/2 cup) of the tangy coleslaw (see recipe). 3. Spread 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) of the Dijon mustard on the top slice of the marble rye bread. Close the sandwich and slice in half. |
