Appetizer sampler features a generous portion of golden crispy boneless breaded wings served with a trio of three Asian-style sauces; boneless wings lightly tossed in Thai peanut sauce, boneless wings lighlty tossed in sesame-bourbon hoisin sauce and boneless wings served with sriracha ketchup for dipping, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Homestyle Pepper Breaded Breast Meat Boneless Chicken Wings, Uncooked (#4234-928)

9 oz 
Reserve frozen boneless wings for assembly of appetizer.
Sesame Bourbon Hoisin Sauce  
Bourbon glaze commercially prepared 1-1/2 oz 
Hoisin sauce commercially prepared 1 tbsp 
Sesame oil 1 tsp 
Sesame seeds toasted 1/4 tsp 
Combine bourbon glaze, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a small nonstick saucepan and whisk to blend. Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Hold hot above 140°F.
Sriracha Ketchup  
Ketchup 1 tbsp 
Sriracha sauce commercially prepared 1 tbsp 
Combine ketchup and sriracha sauce in a bowl and whisk to blend. Hold refrigerated at or below 40°F.

To assemble single serving: Deep fry 9 ounces boneless wings at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until iinternal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
Thai peanut sauce commercially prepared held hot 2 oz 
Combine 3 ounces wings and 2.5 ounces sesame bourbon hoisin sauce in a bowl and toss to evenly coat; reserve. Combine 3 ounces wings and 2 ounces Thai peanut sauce in a bowl and toss to evenly coat; reserve. Arrange 3 ounces breaded wings, glazed sesame bourbon wings and Thai peanut glazed wings in 3 separate mounds on a plate with 1 ounce sriracha ketchup portioned into an individual container
Green onions fresh minced 1 tsp 
Roasted peanuts fine chopped 1/2 tsp 
Lime wedges fresh 3 each 
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon green onions and 1/2 teaspoon peanuts evenly over peanut sauce glazed wings. Garnish plate with 3 lime wedges.
