Smoky Rodeo Chicken Chips & Fries

Customers will enjoy the handheld fun of this hot and hearty BBQ combo basket. Partner a half-dozen crispy BBQ flavored chicken chips with oven-baked steak fries in a basket with a side of smoky rodeo ketchup. Serve with a small bowl of fresh-cut apples sprinkled with blueberries.

Ingredient Quantity Method

CN BBQ Chicken Chips™, with ISP (#7315-328)

4-1/2 lbs 
Place on full size sheet pans. Heat uncovered in preheated conventional oven at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.for 15 seconds. Remove from oven. Keep warm above 140°F.
Smoky Rodeo Ketchup  
Smoky barbecue sauce commercially prepared 1 cup 
Ketchup 1/2 cup 
Combine in bowl and whisk to blend. Reserve.
Steak fries oven baked warm 1-1/2 lbs 
To assemble single serving: Portion 6 chicken chips and 5 steak fries on tray. Portion 2 tablespoons smoky ketchup into individual container and arrange on tray.
Apple slices fresh 18 oz 
Blueberries fresh 3 oz 
Portion ½ cup apple slices in cup; top with 1 tablespoon blueberries and place on tray.
