Sanitize work area with bleach & water solution.
Wash hands.
Put on food service gloves.
Place baking paper on sheet pans.
Place Round-Ups Nuggets in a single layer on each sheet pan. Do not overlap nuggets on pans as too many will prevent even cooking.
Cover and hold under refigeration until cooking. |

Place Round-Ups Nuggets into a preheated 350°F convection, 375°F standard oven and heat Round-Ups Nuggets to a minimum of 145°F, approximately 12-16 minutes. Record temperature on temperature log sheet. |

Place heated Round-Ups Nuggets into a 4"" hotel pan lined with baking paper.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Hold in warmer- keep Round-Ups Nuggets at a minimum internal food temperature of 140°F. |

Lay out 25 slider buns on sheet tray, lined with baking paper. Remove top/crown from each of the buns and place next to the respective bottom/heel of the buns. Cut sides should be facing up.
Brush the cut side of the buns with clarified butter and toast in a preheated 350°F convection, 375°F standard oven, for approximately 4-6 minutes.
To build chicken sliders place hot Round-Ups Nuggets on the bottom half of a toasted slider bun, top with cheeses and top with the other half of the bun.
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving 1 corner open to allow moisture to escape.
Hold in warmer- keep chicken sliders at a minimum internal food temperature of 140°F.
Record temperature of product on temperature log sheet. Serve Chicken Sliders with a gloved hand or tongs. Two Sliders per serving. |
