Sesame Chile Orange Chicken Combo

(Bundled appetizer and entrée combo meal starts with an economical Asian themed appetizer, such as pot stickers, egg roll or wontons, served with Asian dipping sauces.) Entrée features golden crispy all-white meat boneless breaded wings lightly tossed in a sticky-sweet sesame-chile orange glaze--served over Chinese noodles stir fried with crisp snow peas and toasted sesame seeds, garnished with crisp wonton strips and grilled orange slices

Ingredient Quantity Method

Homestyle Breaded Boneless Chicken Wings, Breast Meat Chunks, Fully Cooked (#10875-928)

5 oz 
Reserve frozen boneless wings for assembly of appetizer.
Sesame Chile Orange Glaze  
Orange juice prepared 1 oz 
Sweet and sour sauce commercially prepared 2 tbsps 
Orange marmalade commercially prepared 1 tbsp 
Teriyaki glaze commercially prepared 1 tbsp 
Garlic chili paste commercially prepared 1 tsp 
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp 
Combine orange juice, sweet and sour sauce, orange marmalade, teriyaki glaze, garlic chili paste and sesame oil in a small nonstick skillet and whisk to blend. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until reduced to a glaze-like consistency. Hold hot above 140°F.
Sesame oil 1 tbsp 
Snow peas fresh trimmed diagonal sliced 1 cup 
To assemble single serving: Heat 1/2 ounce sesame oil in a small nonstick skillet; add 1 1/2 ounces snow peas and stir fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
Linguine noodles cooked al dente drained 2 cups 
Sesame seeds toasted 1 tsp 
Soy sauce 1 tsp 
"Add 5 ounces linguine noodles, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and 1 teaspoon soy sauce and stir fry an additional 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat, or until fully heated; arrange on a plate.

Deep fry 5 ounces wings at 350°F for 5 to 6 minutes or until internal temperautre reaches 140°F for 15 seconds. Combine wings and 2 1/4 ounces glaze and toss to evenly coat. Arrange glazed wings over noodles.
Orange slices fresh 1 4 thick grilled 2 each 
Wonton noodles 1 4 strips deep fried 1/2 oz 
Garnish plate with 2 grilled orange slices and 1/2 ounce wonton strips.
