Hot Bacon Ranch Cheese Dip

The sky’s the flavor limit when you add crumbled bits of crisp bacon, cheddar and cream cheese, and toasted pecans to bubbly-hot cheese dip. Serve with wedges of salted and peppered grilled flatbread, and fresh garden veggies.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Tyson® Bacon Pieces, 3/4" (#45355-928)

18 oz 
Place on sheet pan lined with baking paper. Heat in preheated conventional oven at 350°F for 12 to 16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F for 15 seconds; reserve.
Cream cheese softened 3 lbs 
Cheddar cheese shredded 2 lbs 
Monterey Jack cheese sauce commercially prepared 1-1/2 lbs 
Ranch dressing commercially prepared 1-1/2 cups 
Working in several small batches, combine in food processor bowl and pulse to blend. Transfer to bowl.
Pecan pieces toasted optional 4 oz 
Green onions fresh minced 2 oz 
Parsley fresh minced 1 oz 
Add reserved bacon, pecans, onions, and parsley; stir to blend. Cover and chill below 40°F to hold.

Mexican Original® Suprema Flatbreads, 6 inch (#7900-621)

Olive oil as needed 
Kosher salt as needed 
Black pepper coarse ground as needed 
Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil and grill on preheated grill for 30 to 45 seconds on each side or until warm. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice each grilled flatbread into 4 wedges. Cover and keep warm.
Green leaf lettuce leaves fresh 6 oz 
To assemble each plate: Portion 8 ounces dip in baking dish. Bake in preheated convection oven at 400°F for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Vegetables fresh such as baby carrots grape tomatoes bell pepper rings cucumber slices 2-1/4 lbs 
Place warm dip on plate; arrange 12 wedges flatbread on plate. Garnish plate with 2 lettuce leaves and 3 ounces fresh vegetables.
