Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Sandwich

Satisfy the craving for sweet and savory with a crunchy, tender, and juicy breaded chicken breast filet topped with melted farmer’s cheese and crisp bacon on an oversized flaky buttermilk biscuit brushed generously with honey butter. Top with a dollop of fruit preserves and serve with hash-brown potatoes or a side of fresh seasonal fruit.

Combine in food processor bowl and process until smooth.

Mild Crumb Breaded Chicken Breast Filets, Uncooked (#2479-928)

Deep-fry at 350°F for 5½ to 6 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for 15 seconds and until chicken is no longer pink. Keep warm above 140°F.

To assemble single serving: Place top and bottom biscuit, split side up, on flat work surface. Spread each half with 1 tablespoon honey butter. Layer on bottom half of biscuit in the following order: 1 chicken breast filet, 1 cheese slice, and 1 bacon slice.

Serve with a dollop of blackberry preserves, and hash brown potatoes or fresh seasonal fruit.
