Ingredient Quantity Method

Beef Taco Meat, CN, Boil-in-Bag (#7359-328)

18 oz 
Cover tightly and slack in cooler between 32° and 36°F prior to use.

Place bag in boiling water for 45 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Keep warm above 140°F.
Iceberg lettuce fresh shredded 18 oz 
Cheddar cheese shredded 2 oz 
Ranch dressing commercially prepared 6 tbsps 
Salsa commercially prepared 6 tbsps 

Mexican Original® Baked Corn Tortilla Strips, Red, White, and Blue, 1/4 inch, cut, 8.2 oz. per dozen (#7634-621)

To assemble single serving: Portion 1½ ounces lettuce in container; top with 1½ ounces taco meat, ½ tablespoon each shredded cheese, ranch dressing, and salsa. Garnish salad with ¼ ounce tortilla strips.
