Crispy Asiago Chicken Twists

Crispy, crunchy twists of chicken seasoned with garlic pepper and Asiago cheese. Served with sides of marinara sauce and garlic Alfredo sauce for dipping.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Tyson® Chicken Twists™ Craveable Chicken, Uncooked (#15907-928)

6 lbs 
Deep-fry Chicken Twists Craveable Chicken from frozen at 350°F for 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold hot above 135°F.
Lemon Garlic Alfredo Sauce  
Alfredo sauce commercially prepared 3 cups 
Garlic fresh roasted pureed 1 tbsp 
Lemon and pepper seasoning dried 1 tbsp 
Combine Alfredo sauce, garlic, and lemon and pepper seasoning in saucepan and whisk to blend. Heat to 140°F. Hold hot above 135°F.
Asiago cheese grated 3 oz 
California style garlic and pepper seasoning dried commercially prepared 1 tbsp 
Marinara sauce commercially prepared warm 3 cups 
To assemble single serving: Arrange 8 ounces Chicken Twists Craveable Chicken on plate; season with 1 tablespoon grated cheese and ¼ teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning. Portion ¼ cup each Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce into individual ramekins and arrange on plate.
Lemon fresh wedges 24  
Parsley fresh sprigs 12  
Garnish plate with 2 lemon wedges and 1 parsley sprig.
