Chipotle Chicken Sandwich

The popularity of smoky jalapeño flavor continues to grow, and a little chipotle mayo can add a lot of flavor to a basic value-priced breaded chicken sandwich with little cost or effort. Serve on a sesame seed bun for extra value appeal.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Crispy Breaded Breast Meat Chicken Patties, Round, Fully Cooked, CN (#2516-928)

Deep-fry at 350°F for 3 to 3½ minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F for 15 seconds. Remove from fryer and drain. Keep warm above 140°F.
Chipotle Mayonnaise  
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup 
Chipotle seasoning dry 1/2 tsp 
Garlic pepper seasoning dry 1/4 tsp 
Combine in bowl and whisk to blend. Cover and chill to hold.
Sesame seed buns toasted 12  
Dill pickle chips drained 24  
Iceberg lettuce fresh shredded 6 oz 
To assemble single serving: Place 1 bun on flat work surface, toasted sides up. Spread 1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise equally over top and bottom of bun. Arrange 1 pattie on bottom half of bun; top with 2 pickles and ½ ounce shredded lettuce. Close sandwich with top half of bun.
