Chili Cheese Queso

A chili and cheese dipping sauce that pairs well with our Side Car Dippin Burger Sliders.

Ingredient Quantity Method
Chili Cheese Queso  
Yellow Queso commercially prepared 50 oz 
Chili no beans commercially prepared 25 oz 
Sanitize work area with bleach & water solution.

Wash hands.

Put on food service gloves.

Combine cheese sauce and chili in a sauce pot until completely incorporated.

Heat queso mixture in the sauce pot to a minimum of 145° for 15 seconds.

Record temperature of product on temperature log sheet.

Place heated chili cheese queso in an appropriate pan and cover with plastic wrap.

Hold in warmer or steam well - keep chili cheese queso at a minimum internal food temperature of 140°F.
Record temperature of product on temperature log sheet. Serve chili cheese queso with a ladle. One and a half ounces per serving.
