Place in deep oiled container. Cover tightly and slack overnight in cooler between 32° and 36°F prior to use.
Allow dough to reach room temperature (65° to 70°F). Stretch dough into a 12-inch x 6-inch rectangle, trimming edges if necessary. Using a pizza cutter, slice dough into twelve 3-inch x 2-inch breadsticks. |

Brush each breadstick lightly with oil; sprinkle each lightly with garlic seasoning and cheese.
Bake uncovered in preheated conventional oven at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven; cool. Slice each breadstick horizontally for sandwiches; cover to hold. |

Deep-fry at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F for 15 seconds. Remove from fryer and drain. Keep warm above 140°F. |
