To assemble single serving: Place 1 flatbread on flat work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce evenly over flatbread; top with 1 ounce shredded cheese, 3 ounces seasoned chicken strips, and 1 ounce peppers and onions. Drizzle 1 tablespoon additional chipotle sauce over pizza and top with ½ ounce each shredded cheese and bacon.
Bake in preheated conventional oven at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Remove flatbread from oven; slice in quarters and arrange on plate. Drizzle 2 tablespoons crema over flatbread. Garnish plate with 2 lime wedges and a sprig of cilantro. |
