BBQ Meatball Slider

Meaty meatballs smothered in spicy-sweet barbecue sauce and topped with melted cheddar cheese, smoky crumbled bacon, and dill pickles on toasted mini-brioche buns. Serve with crunchy breaded onion rings.

Ingredient Quantity Method

Beef, Pork Italian Style Meatball, 1 oz. (#19694-928)

48 each 
Place in half-size hotel pan.
Smoky barbecue sauce commercially prepared 2 cups 
Cheddar cheese shredded 12 oz 
Pour evenly over meatballs. Cover and bake in preheated conventional oven at 350°F for 60 to 75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155°F for 15 seconds.

Sprinkle evenly over meatballs; cover. Keep warm above 140°F to hold.
Slider rolls sliced horizontally for sandwiches toasted 48 each 

Tyson® Bacon Pieces, 3/4" (#45355-928)

12 oz 
Mayonnaise 1-1/2 cups 
Dill pickle slices drained 24 slices 
To assemble each plate: Place 4 rolls on flat work surface, toasted sides up. Spread ½ tablespoon mayonnaise evenly over bottom half of each roll; top each with 2 pickles, 1 cheese-covered meatball and 1 tablespoon bacon. Close with top half of each roll.
Onion rings crisp hot 3 lbs 
Arrange rolls on plate with 4 ounces onion rings.
