Preparation

Reheat Method: Whole We recommend only choice product be reheated as a whole or split (not sliced or portioned). Sliced/Portioned Oven pan: For Large scale preparation slice end-to-end and put in shallow pan. Pour hot au jus over and cover with foil. Heat 1 hour at 175-200ºF. Grill: Slice to 1/4" thickness and put on flat grill briefly...no more than 20 seconds. If you leave longer you may dry out roast. Flip and grill on other side...again no more than 20 seconds. Au jus dip: Portion and dip in hot au jus (160-170ºF) for 45 seconds. Serving Suggestions: In addition to the standard dinner, sandwiches, platters, etc., try slicing as a perfect salad topper.
