Preparation

PREPARATION: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F and cook frozen thighs for 15-18 minutes. COMMERCIAL MICROWAVE: Heat 6 - 8 FROZEN thighs in microwave on highest setting for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes; rotating dish once during cooking. (For extra crispness: heat for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on high setting in broiler oven approximately 5-6" from heat source. CONVENTIONAL MICROWAVE: Place 6 frozen thighs in a ring-shaped pattern on a microwave dish. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Rotate and heat an additional 3 minutes. CAUTION: A dish that has been microwaved will be hot. BROILER OVEN: From THAWED refrigerated temperature - heat for 4 minutes on high setting in broiler oven approximately 5" - 6" from heat source.
