Prebreading provides uniform coverage, consistent product appearance, reduces breading loss and increases usable life of fryer oil. It also offers you substantial savings on breading ingredients.

Savory Spice breaded golden brown appearance with an orange tint and a soft bite. Spicy full flavor from red pepper, salt and garlic seasoning. Medium to high salt level.

Preparation

Product is For Food Service Use Only, must be cooked in accordance with the Food Code and/or State and Local requirements. PREPARATION: COOK FROM FROZEN - Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. PRESSURE FRY: 19-22 minutes at 325°F. (Place thighs & breasts in open pressure fryer for 3-4 minutes. Add in drums and wings. Fry for 16-18 minutes more.) OPEN FRY: 21-24 minutes at 350°F. (Place thighs and breast in fryer for 3-4 minutes. Add in drums and wings. Fry for 18-20 minutes more.)
