Preparation

PREPARATION: Appliances vary, cooking times are approximate. CONVENTIONAL OVEN (from frozen): Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen halves on a baking sheet and bake covered for 80 to 85 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.(from thawed):bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. CONVECTION OVEN (from frozen): Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen halves on a baking sheet and bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.(from thawed):bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. MICROWAVE OVEN (from frozen): Place one frozen portion on a microwave safe plate and heat on HIGH for 7 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Rotate plate half-way through total heating time. (from thawed): Place one thawed portion on a microwave safe plate and heat on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Rotate plate half-way through total heating time.
